Re: Feldwebel Mark leaves Kalach

You just reminded me Hatter, I've just replaced my old Hunter wellies with some new Aigles. They are pretty worn out but the calf adjusting straps are in good condition, shall I post them on to you?

Re: 3.102 Failure to update

Thanks guys,

I saw links to the file, but they all turned out to be file unavailable. In the end I did what it said on the Stormbirds site and deleted the changes file. 3.102 then loaded.

This seems to have altered the graphics settings somewhat, but all the controls are as they were.

3.102 Failure to update

I keep getting a failure to update message when I try to install 3.102.

The forums suggest that you delete file rofuplib64.dll and replace it with a file attached to the post. However I cannot find a downloadable version of this file.

Anyone else have a similar problem ?

Re: Welcome Guests.

NN,

Hi, A lot of the TP pilots including most of the 'Top Brass' are away at the UK Duxford Air Show today. Give us a day or two and I am sure someone will try to address your problem.

Re: Weird graphics glitch

Well yes that did fix it Tom. As did going from low to balanced graphics. SO thanks for that.

But how weird! And why just that plane?

Guess we will never know

Weird graphics glitch

I am getting an odd effect when flying the FW190A-8. The front windscreen panel is 'privacy glass' dark. You get the same effect as trying to look into car privacy glass. It seems it is only this a/c (Tho I have not tested all the planes in the game) You can actually see that it is just this panel o...

Re: Recommended books

Wow I'm impressed. Not only that any TP could string more than three words together but that you have got such a prestigious name as Random House to show serious interest. As for moving to Tuscany, sounds ok I would hope it is better than Rome. I just back from a quick holiday and it strikes me the ...

Re: Steam VR and OTT

Hmm, Looking at the forum it shows mixed opinions, someone posting on the 27th that it works fine. I'm not too sure. I'll try uninstalling it and see if I can spot the difference.

Re: Steam VR and OTT

If you have an Nvidea card you can select DSR in global settings. This renders the game in a higher resolution to what you have (x1.5/x2.0/x2.5 etc) and then reduces it back to the native resolution of your monitor. You also get to adjust the smoothness at which it renders the image. What hit this h...

Re: Plan, Execute, Debrief

What happens is that we fly to the target trying to figure out who is where. What goes right is that Tom was on hand to save us What went wrong is that someone took a shot at Tom (and missed) Why? Is because we are trigger happy drunks The lesson to be learned is that once again Tom's skill and dari...

Frames actually. I find them just the right height for bench press stands.

If you are interested I'll post a link to a senior citizens power lifting site.

Is it me?

Is it me or is anyone else losing track of all the new recruits? Every time I log on there appears to be someone new flying with us or going through OTU. What a welcome situation. So just in case I missed anybody - please accept my warm welcome to Tangmere Pilots. Winter is here so no more excuses f...

Re: Recommended books

I don't know whether this post belongs here or in the next campaign section. I was on hols in Norwich the other week and found a mega book shop pretty much in the town centre. They had a massive military section and I searched for BC/RS but no luck. I suspect they would have known the value of it to...
