How long ago dud you buy it. Maybe customer support has sn answere. If its in warranty tgey shiuld gix a clear defect. Possibly it needs to be worked in and after a good number of cycles will free up.

Hello T-Rex welcome and thanks for taking the time to check us out. When you say you only saw our server I guess you have selected Mods enabled which cuts out servers running un-modded. You don't need mods to run VR.
