Basically, what BoS (it was really Rise of Flight) has modelled is the effect of wind passing over the control surfaces in this case the rudder. You need a little bit of throttle to keep the rudder effective.

Are there any guides to what the traflimits should be set to? I seem to remember in RoF, the rule of thumb was 10% of your download\upload. Actually, I could just check the RoF startup.cfg and copy the settings (currently set to 10mb down\1mb up) to the BoS startup.cfg...unless there's something dif...
