I might change the SSD for an M.2 drive of the same size, but otherwise looks good.
M.2 drives tend to be a little faster than SATA SSD drives.

Re: Error every time i start the Game.
The zoom is now provided by the game, not by the mod. This was one of the features of the mod that caused so much discussion of whether or not it was a cheat.

Re: Error every time i start the Game.
Reg - we fixed this for Sparky and Blackjack this evening. In your D:\Program Files (x86)\1c game Studios\IL-2 Sturmovik Battle of Moscow\Bin\Game folder (the same one that IL-2.exe is in) you should see a batch file named “uninstall.bat”. Run this batch file and it will remove the following from yo...

Re: Error every time i start the Game.
In your case the things you will want to back up will be at: D:\Program Files (x86)\1c game Studios\IL-2 Sturmovik Battle of Moscow\Data\Input (folder for input and control settings) D:\Program Files (x86)\1c game Studios\IL-2 Sturmovik Battle of Moscow\Data\Graphics\Skins (All skins sub-folders are...

Re: Error every time i start the Game.
Try deleting the file and then scan for re-obtaining it? Or does that only work for Steam?

Re: SRS
Not particularly wanting to get in the middle of this, but it does open the door to tactical comms on separate channels should we ever be able to fly on a single server again while maintaining the ability to have other layers of comms as well. Presently we can do very similar with whisper comms, alt...

Re: SRS
OK, I've set up the server and client side of things for myself and this will be available to test when the Brass decides to give it a look to evaluate. I have not set this to be available to any of my Dservers as yet. One oddity is that the client default port appears to be different from the serve...

Re: SRS
Yes, I suspect that the option is going to be for several Ops server hosters to install the server component and configure it for use. I'll take a look at doing so and maybe enable it for a single practice Dserver.

Re: SRS
I've just looked at the Dserver configuration. There is a new box there for "SRS Comm URL:Port" so this would be configurable on a server by server basis. This should mean that we can either install the server on a separate hosted web space (maybe even the same web space the forums are hosted on for...

IL2 Great battles - missing folder
Hi Guys, I've found that after installing my game from the 1C site rather than from Steam it was missing a set of folders in the \Data\Luascripts folder. The set of folders missing is called WorldObjects and contains subfolders for MapEmitters and Ships. It's possible that these were put there when ...

Re: Welcome Guests.
No Eddie - I said that some of you guys fly more regularly than I do but I didn't know whether you used comms or maybe even the public Discord servers - just a minor misunderstanding. I probably didn't explain it well.
