Nvidea Control Panel

Hope springs eternal.
Fresh from my reinstall necessitated by my Reshade debacle.I came across the fact that Nvidea have a new version of control panel out. Three features caught my eye.
First they have incoprperated a version of reshade in their settings -not going there !
Second something called sharpen, something similar to the sharpen in l2? But with this one you can adjust the settings.
Thirdly a latency/ vsync setting. This attempts to overcone the the latency which occurs when you turn v sync on to avaoud screen tearing.
I have tried two and and I think that works , but I don't have a g sync monitor so three may not.
