Sgt Skoop leaves Kalach

Post by Tom »

Gentlemen

Sadly A/F 1 was broken but I have managed to use a number of midweek sessions to scrutinise Sgt. Skoop's all round flying ability and general suitability to be posted to a Tangmere squadron. I am pleased to belatedly announce that Sgt. Skoop has successfully completed OTU. The primary reason is of course so we can enjoy a long lasting running gag of talking about his big hosepipe.

Anyway, as he's a thoroughly decent chap (despite being one of those people from the Americas) he is posted to No1 as his parent squadron whilst we complete our BOS campaigns.

Sgt Skoop, there will be a tender waiting to whisk you away to the No1 mess. Avoid the scroungers at the entrance to the No1 mess - that will be the 601 pilots who have now lost most of their money.

Welcome and congratulations.

Tom
In selecting the motto... 'all for one and one for all'... I have done so because it expresses what should be the creed to every Fighter Pilot. Never forget that you are an essential cog in the wheel, and if you break or fail it will let down your brother pilots, and the grimness of war allows for no such weakness.

Yes congrats it was never in doubt not just your flying ability but as a person ( well a voice on TS anyway :) ) I hope you enjoy TP for a long time. I would recommend getting interested in the mission building it adds another dimension to the experience.

Thanks guys, that's the advantage of being the yank in the crew...you know right away when I'm talking on ts.

I have been dabbling in the mission editor thanks to prangster's guide. It's amazing that you can make a working mission by simply cut 'n pasting objects from another mission. I'm no where near prangster's talents though.
