Sparky completed AF1 after some challenges with 3.01 leaving the map looking all blue and white. However in spite of flying in near IFR conditions he located the HE111's and reminded them whose back yard they were flying in. A great sense of humour, kinda reminds me of Nummy (Where are you Nummy ? Definitely fuel bowser duty when you return)

I look forward to AF2 next week.

They did great work refitting AF1 after BoS update 3.001 required extensive rework (that was my impression) on the fly and they finished in 'rabbit out of the hat' time so Eddie and I could fly as scheduled.

I ordered MFG Crosswinds a month ago but they won't be here until May so I picked up some Thrustmaster rudder pedals to get me through the waiting period. Alas, they slid across the wooden floor whenever I tried to taxi so I bought a couple pieces of plywood and glued the little rudder pads to the plywood. Tomorrow night, Friday, I'll try them out.
