Feldwebel Silk leaves Kalach

Post by Tom »

By the skin of his teeth, and narrowly missing several hangers on the way, Feldwebel Silk has passed OTU. He was THIS close to having to go through OTU again but he has the right attitude for ops and that was the deciding factor. Gazing into my crystal ball I can see LDU points leading to Bunny shooting him in 5 mission's time but if that isn't an incentive to learn then I don't know what is!

So, Feldwebel Silk is posted to 1./JG3 (Gawd help us). He will of course run the gamut of experience that is passing through the 2./JG3 dispersal area and it'll be interesting to see if he comes out the other side with a swagger and self-satisfied smile or bow-legged and refusing to sit down for a while. On taking up his duties he wil of course be entitled to feel smug and superior as a member of the premier LW unit 1./JG3.

But, if he doesn't have the right skin on for the first op I'll shoot him myself...

Bunny - if you watch me too closely you'll risk missing out on what the rest of them get up to when you're not looking....... just saying :))

I believe that he's posted my a/c ID as White 2 for those squadron members that usually send rounds in his general direction to take note of and redirect as appropriate...

Thanks for the welcome all
