Plan, Execute, Debrief

An interesting TED talk from an ex bomber pilot talking about the balance between planning, execution and debrief.

Maybe we can all learn something from this :Cool

Toms debiref shall now follow the format

What happens is that we fly to the target trying to figure out who is where.

What goes right is that Tom was on hand to save us

What went wrong is that someone took a shot at Tom (and missed)

Why? Is because we are trigger happy drunks

The lesson to be learned is that once again Tom's skill and daring have overcome fear and adversity - Or did I miss a mission?
No points for second best.

I'd say that's about right Hunter, except sometimes I get hit...
In selecting the motto... 'all for one and one for all'... I have done so because it expresses what should be the creed to every Fighter Pilot. Never forget that you are an essential cog in the wheel, and if you break or fail it will let down your brother pilots, and the grimness of war allows for no such weakness.
